Chairman Corner
Welcome to Shaheed Udham Singh School – a place where education is not just a journey of the mind, but a nurturing of the heart and soul. Rooted in the values of freedom, courage, and service exemplified by Shaheed Udham Singh, our institution has stood as a proud torchbearer of holistic education since its inception in 1974.
Founded by my father with the vision of making quality education accessible to all, the school continues its noble mission under the stewardship of the SUSS Society. From nursery to class 10, we have remained steadfast in our commitment to shaping young minds who are not only academically equipped but are also grounded in empathy, ethics, and social responsibility.

At SUSS, we strive to go beyond the confines of conventional learning. Our classrooms are vibrant spaces of inquiry, collaboration, and discovery. We aim to cultivate critical thinkers, passionate learners, and confident individuals who can face the complexities of the modern world with resilience and compassion. Education, to us, is a means to empower—an instrument to awaken dreams and turn potential into purpose. With a strong foundation in values and a keen focus on overall development, we prepare our students to become conscientious citizens and future leaders.
Join us in carrying forward a legacy of excellence, integrity, and inclusive growth. Let us work together to see our students rise with confidence, dignity, and a deep sense of responsibility towards their community and nation.

Legacy
Shaheed Udham Singh School (SUSS) was founded in the year 1974, inspired by the resolute spirit and timeless ideals of Shaheed Udham Singh—an emblem of courage, sacrifice, and justice. What began modestly under the humble shelter of tents, with a vision to educate every child regardless of social standing, has today evolved into a beacon of opportunity and empowerment for generations of learners.
The foundation of SUSS was laid with a noble objective—to provide quality education to children from all walks of life in the surrounding communities. Driven by this profound mission, like-minded individuals formed the SUSS Society, united in their belief that education is a right, not a privilege. Their collective dedication bore fruit when the school received official recognition and support as a government-aided institution.

Over the past five decades, the school has grown in infrastructure, influence, and impact. From its early days of hope and determination to becoming a fully established educational institution, SUSS has remained unwavering in its commitment to uplift society through education. Today, it proudly serves students from Nursery to Class 10, fostering academic excellence, ethical grounding, and a spirit of service.
This journey of 50 years is not merely a passage of time—it is a testament to perseverance, community effort, and an unshakable belief in the transformative power of learning. SUSS stands tall, not just as a school, but as a symbol of hope, resilience, and a brighter tomorrow. It continues to carry forward the legacy of its founding principles, nurturing generations of young minds who will shape the future with knowledge, character, and purpose.
